We’ve asked senior L&D leaders to share their insights on the challenges that they have faced when implementing a digital transformation plan, or ensuring that their organisation has the latest digital knowledge and skills.

Andy Lancaster (Learning and development lead at the CIPD) will be sharing an industry-wide insights, and will be specifically asking what L&D leaders need to do to get their own house in order, and be able to lead the digital transformation in their organisation.

Paul Morgan (Head of learning and development, O2 Telefonica) and Nick Shackleton-Jones (Director, Learning technology and innovation at BP) will then be joining us to share insights from their experience as senior L&D leaders.

Lastly, Shevaun Haviland (Founding director, the ADBL) will be sharing the results of the ADBL’s recent survey on digital capability and suggesting ways for organisations which are approaching digital transformation to get started.

All live attendees will be able to ask questions to the panel in a live Q&A at the end of the session.

We look forward to seeing you there.
