What is the CIPD Level 3 course equivalent to?
A CIPD Level 3 qualification is the lowest level CIPD qualification you can get, and it’s foundational for any other CIPD qualification. In terms of difficulty, it is about the same as A Levels.

I’ve been teaching CIPD’s qualification for over 13 years. Prior to Avado, I facilitated by tutoring on the CIPD qualification in a face-to-face setting at a local college.
